Privacy

This is an English translation provided for information. The French version is the reference.

In short

  • This website sets no cookies and uses no audience-measurement or advertising tools.
  • We only collect what you choose to send us: your email address for the newsletter (through Brevo), or the details of an event you submit (stored on our hosting, in France).
  • We never sell or pass on your data.

Thursday newsletter

Your email address is only used to send you the Ti Week-end. Emails are sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, a French company): you first receive an email asking you to confirm your sign-up. Your address is kept until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time through the link in every email or by writing to us.

Submitting an event

The form and the image you attach are stored on our hosting (OVH, in France), in an area only the editorial team can access. The organiser's contact details are used to check the event and to get back to them about it; they are never published and are deleted 6 months after the event. The organiser's name, the practical details of the event and the image are published in the events listing once the event has been checked. Your IP address is not stored: only an encrypted fingerprint is kept, for one hour, to prevent abuse.

External links

Links to Google Maps, ticketing sites or social networks take you to websites that apply their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data by writing to redaction@tiguadeloupe.com. If you disagree with our answer, you can contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
